88hd Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "88hd" / "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at 88hd.club, including all associated pages, features, products, and services.
• "Player" / "you" refers to any individual who registers an account on 88hd or accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" refers to a registered player account held on the 88hd platform.
• "PKR Wallet" refers to the Pakistani Rupee balance held within a player's 88hd account.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any gameplay, betting, or wagering activity conducted using funds deposited into a player's PKR Wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free spins value, or non-cash incentive credited to a player account by 88hd.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Verification Documents" refers to official identity documents (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) requested by 88hd for KYC purposes.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming, betting, account management, payment processing, and support functions available on the 88hd platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 88hd, accessing the platform, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 88hd platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms shall constitute acceptance of the amended terms.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 88hd platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced and is not negotiable under any circumstance.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino and sports betting activity is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 88hd, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by 88hd for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must be acting as a private individual, not in the capacity of a business or corporate entity.

4 Account Registration

To access real money play at 88hd, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method information.

You agree to promptly update your account information if any of it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

One account per player: Each player is permitted a single account on 88hd. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 88hd reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending bonuses or withdrawals.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 88hd operates a KYC verification process consistent with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method, before withdrawals are processed or as part of routine verification checks.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 88hd will never request your password through any channel other than the secure login page at 88hd.club.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 88hd platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet as soon as the transaction is confirmed through the relevant payment channel. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. 88hd does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Only funds deposited through verified payment methods may be withdrawn through those same methods.
• Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements are not withdrawable.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• 88hd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of account history.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — 5 to 15 minutes; HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank — 1 to 3 hours; USDT TRC20 — network-dependent.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

88hd offers various promotional offers, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback schemes, and seasonal promotions. All such offers are subject to the specific bonus terms published alongside each offer, and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are not withdrawable until the associated Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements apply to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined total, as specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement will be forfeited if a withdrawal request is made before the requirement is completed.
• 88hd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Multiple accounts created to claim a welcome bonus more than once will be treated as duplicate accounts and dealt with accordingly.
• Certain games may contribute differently (or not at all) to the fulfilment of Wagering Requirements. Contribution percentages are specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• Any indication of bonus abuse — including collusion with other players to exploit promotional structures — will result in the voiding of all associated bonuses and winnings.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 88hd is subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game or betting rules.

Sports Betting: Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked unless a cash-out option is exercised. 88hd reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds, including pricing errors, technical errors, or situations where market manipulation is suspected. In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at 88hd's discretion.

Casino Games: All casino games on 88hd — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant-win titles — are provided by third-party certified game studios. Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes for non-live games are independently certified for fairness. Live dealer games are governed by the rules displayed at the relevant table. 88hd cannot be held responsible for technical failures originating from a third-party game provider's infrastructure, though where such failures result in loss to the player, 88hd will endeavour to resolve the matter in good faith.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and betting market. These limits may be adjusted at any time, including for specific players where 88hd determines it is appropriate to do so in the interests of responsible gaming or risk management.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 88hd platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical means to interact with the platform in a manner not available to regular players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in 88hd's platform or any third-party game to gain a financial advantage. Any such gains must be reported to support immediately and will be reversed.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to use 88hd as a vehicle for financial crime.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or to mask your identity or location.
• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward 88hd staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account or to 88hd's administrative systems.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88hd platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game assets, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 88hd or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 88hd platform without prior written consent from 88hd.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

88hd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

88hd will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, game providers, and fraud prevention agencies to the extent necessary for the lawful operation of the platform. All data sharing is governed by appropriate data processing agreements and security standards.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88hd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

88hd's total cumulative liability to you under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PKR Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88hd does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We provide the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific services.

12 Responsible Gaming

88hd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within the account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your PKR Wallet.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a set time period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block future registrations. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Creation of duplicate accounts.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Detection that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• At the player's own request (including via self-exclusion).

Upon closure of an account for a Terms & Conditions violation, any balance held in the PKR Wallet may be subject to investigation and potential forfeiture where the balance is connected to prohibited conduct. Where closure is not due to a violation (e.g., player-requested closure), any verified balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method, net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

14 Amendments to Terms

88hd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 88hd will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a notice published prominently on the platform. The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 88hd platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure before the effective date of the change.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88hd holds its international online gaming licence.

Any dispute between you and 88hd that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified under 88hd's operating licence.
